It can be a good option if you are going to stay in Madrid for several months and want to meet students of all nationalities. You will be able to choose between various types of accommodation, from single rooms with their own bathroom to rooms shared with other students.
In the residence, the student's rest and study are a priority for everyone, although meetings, parties, games and excursions are held every week.
The residences are very close to the school, just a few minutes from Luis Vives and the main universities in Madrid.

If you want more independence and live in the district of Madrid that you like the most, you can stay in a shared flat.
In this type of accommodation you will share an apartment with other students of different origins. The common areas will be the living room, bathrooms and kitchen. You can choose to share a room or have your own room.

This is the best option if you want to immerse yourself completely in the Spanish culture. You'll share a house with a family. It is very important for you to know that this does not mean that you are going to spend too much time with the family. Normally families allow foreign guests to have an independent life, and do not usually bother them.

Recommendations when choosing accommodation
Generally, the most common and economical option is to rent a room in an apartment shared with other students. The average price of a single room in Madrid can vary between €250 and €550 per month depending on the area and neighbourhood. Please note that the more centrally located the apartment, the more expensive the room price.
When you are planning to come and study at our Spanish school in Madrid, you should start looking for your accommodation in advance as the later you start, the fewer options you will have. The best time to find accommodation in Madrid is during the summer, as students from universities start coming in September and options are greatly reduced.
